Over the side card front with step by step decoupage. Creates a special card for Mommy, on Mother's Day or a birthday.
Simply fold an A4 card in half to make an A5 card.
Stick the topper, where you would like it positioned on the card front. Cut away the excess card around the letters, to make a shaped edge.
Could also be used as an ordinary topper.

I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on an orangey colored card. I used diamond stickles on the flowers and bees wings. I added a few purple rhinestones to finish off
