I printed the sheet on a regular copy paper and cut out all the parts. I folded the background part and I folded a bigger, white cardboard to make my base card.

I attached the bacground sheet on the base card leaving a 2 mm white border.Then I attached the framed flower picture on another piece of cardstock and trimmed the edges.

I attached it on the card base with double sided tape. I strengthened the decoupage parts with thin sheet of paper and after trimming the edges, I attached them on the base picture.
