Heart Roses No Hole Over the Top Card with InsertCompleted by Janet Broughton

I printed onto good quality semi gloss photo paper then carefully cut out all the pieces. I mounted the main image onto a plain white card blank then added the heart and decoupage step by step to the front.

I then added the insert to the finish the card.
