Puppy Over Edge Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Lesley Earing

I printed out the design onto some smooth card then cut all around the edge. I attached it to the front of a square white card blank. Some of the is overlapping as intended. I decoupaged the smaller elements using raised sticky foam pads.

I added one of the matching inserts to the inside.
