Under the SeaCompleted by Dawn Jones

This is a lovely colourful card.I cut out the main card and folded in half, ( although you can cut around the whale to make him stand up) I then cut out the plain panel with the whale on and ounted onto the card with sticky foam pads, finally I cut out the decorated panel and decoupaged onto the card.I chose not to use the seahorse this time.
