A very cute, very easy 'over the top' card. Comes with decoupage pieces for a 3d effect. A blank sentiment tag is included for you to use as you wish.
For an easy 'no hole' look.
1. Print out design.
2. Cut around the 'over the top' design. Cut out decoupage pieces.
3. Cut a piece of card a bit wider than the width of the card design and double the size of the bottom half. Fold in half.
4. Adhere the bottom half of the design to the front of the card. Trim card as desired. Apply decoupage pieces if required.

I printed the sheet onto good quality white gloss card and cut out the images. I mounted the main image onto my white card base and added the decoupage with foam pads for a 3D effect.
