I printed this image out onto a 130g smooth decoupage paper,then i mounted it onto a sheet of firm card, cut around the picture,then with my craft knife i carefully cut around the top third of the wreath,then i scored and folded the card in half on the blue line and went around the text box with a fine peeloff,and added a little glitter to the wreath.
