I printed the sheet onto Gloss photo card and cut out all the elements. I made the decoupage topper up using foam pads then mounted the topper a black matt then onto a blank card that I had covered with a Christmas backing paper.
Glitter was used to decorate.
This is a lovely easy card to make.
