I cut out all elements of this card. embossed a piece of white card and mounted it on gold mirri paper.

I mounted the base picture onto gold mirri paper and stuck onto the embossed card. I built up the decoupage elements then added gold and red ribbon.

I cut out and printed the sentiment and mounted it onto the ribbon.
