A fun and quick card that will bring a smile to anyone recieving it. I cut out all the pieces first and then shaped the decoupage pieces and layered them using 3D foam pads.

Then I mounted the piece to red card and trimmed to fit.

I added glitter to his hat and put some sparkler peeloff dots on the side. The tag I added a red dotty ribbon and some gold peeloff greeting and holly leaves. Then added three sparkler peeloff dots to coordinate with the others. I did mount a bit of red card to the back to cover where the back cut out piece was.

A fun and quick card to make that you can dress up with all sorts of embellishments to make a unique card everytime.
