I cut out and mounted onto thicker white card. I decoupaged the penguin, I added a white pompom to his hat, 2 large snowflakes and some white liquis applique.

I printed onto 250gsm matte card. Cut out the card base and cut around the top of the penguin. I scored either side of the penguin and folded the card in half. The decoupage was added using foam pads.
