I printed the sheet onto matte photo card and cut out all elements. I mounted the main topper onto a 6x6 card blank and built the decoupage up with foam pads.
To decorate the card I used glitter gems and some tiny peel offs. (waste) This was a very simple card to make and something just that little bit different.
