I printed the sheet onto matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I used foam pads to build up the decoupage and adhere to the card blank, which I created by cutting an a5 card blank in half and embossing it.
I decorated with a little glitter and a few gems. This type of over the edge card is very simple to make. And looks great!!!
