It's MagicCompleted by Helanna Hancock

Firstly the sheet was printed on some quality photo paper then all elements cut out. I then did the decoupage. I then matted it onto some Red card stock making sure to leave the pieces overhanging the edge.

I then put the topper onto some White Linen card stock which makes the overhanging parts quite visible.. To finish off I added some Kindy Glitz for some sparkle.
