I first printed the plain card with a background from CraftyJak (http://www.freewebs.com/craftyjak/memberspage.htm), then I decoupaged the Guitar. After cutting out a slightly larger template in silver card, I stuck the decoupage to it and using double sided tape, put this on the card blank.
Then added the 'Happy Birthday' and Heart motif.
