I printed this sheet out on cardstock and cut out all pieces. Using 3D DOTz and double sided tape, I made the pyramid. I then placed it onto a folded piece of white cardstock. I added the HAPPY BIRTHDAY tag with 3D DOTZ and also the frog- the same way.
I also placed three silver corner peel-offs to the card.
