Lady in LilacCompleted by Brenda Needham

I printed onto semi gloss photo paper. trimmed down to 19cm. glued to front of lilac pearlescent card stock. applied gold peel offs to edges of card and base layer. decoupaged rest of layers. applied a diamonte gem stone to hair.. gold glitter to centre of one flower, applied lilac bow to top right of card, and finished by sticking a peel off fan to piece of waste background and decoupaged to bottom left of card
