Over the Edge Arch Window Tea in the Garden TopperCompleted by Helen Gomm

Realy pretty design,printed out on smooth paper layered up the decoupage with foam pads, i put it on a matching card folded to make the flowers over hang the edge on one side ,added some peel offs a butterfly and ribbon to finish.
