I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 scalloped edged card landscape. I assembled the decoupage using foam tape.
Using double sided tape I attached the design to the card so that the roses panels are over the edge as required.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
