Soft Pastel Bracket Over the Top CardCompleted by Dorothy Manchester

I cut out the three main pieces. I used a blade to cut around the brackets on the main piece then folded it in half. I added the square piece to the inside. I used foam adhesive to add the flowers & brackets.
