A nice easy kit to make up, though the colours haven't come out well - my printer's playing up a bit.

You get multiple layers of all the decoupaged parts (child, balloon, number), and I decided not to use all of them, as it worked out rather thick when mounted on foam pads.

Running a dark pen around the edges of the numbers helped.
