I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I cut away the white areas so that the bear is over the edge as instructed.
I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added glitter to the candle flame and to the speckles on the cake to complete the lovely card.
