Exit Way Out Over the Top Quick SetCompleted by Barbara Stubbings

Having recently driven Route 66, this card had very special appeal. I printed the design on to good quality white card and cut it out.

I then placed the design on a long piece of black paper and carefully drew along the sides and the tops of the buildings and cut that out still leaving it quite long.

Using the left over black paper with the outline of the buildings I sponged the edge with yellow, red and blue stamp pad ink onto a plain white card.

I wasn?t sure whether to go right to the top edge with the blue or not.

I mounted the long black card shape matching the white line of the ink and then added the design using double sided tape at the bottom and spongy tape along the edges of the buildings.

Finally add the salutation to the front of the card and cut out the inner and added it inside.
