A textured gold/taupe backing paper was attached to a cream pearl A5 card. The base layer and second shaped layer were then added using pinflair glue.
I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I matted them onto light brown cardstock and trimmed around them. Then I made a twisted easel from a black square textured card and attached the pieces as shown, combining some and trimming others.
I used gold peel-offs to form borders around the two surfaces and added further embellishment peel-offs in various places to finish the card.
This beautiful art deco design could be used for a host of different occasions.
