Valentines Art Deco Panels with Lady in RedCompleted by Chell Sharpe

not just for valentines this one!

I printed out the sheet onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I started the 8x8 base card with a matt gold backing & used a CUP Art Deco backing paper to enhance the look of the card further. I matted the panels onto gold matt card & cut around it to make a backdrop. I added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the base background. I decoupaged the lady with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust Stickles to add some shimmer.
