What a happy card this is, and a lovely one to make. I printed onto white card stock and cut out all the pieces.
I stuck the main picture onto a folded white card with foam pads, creating a white frame around it, then stuck the oblong pieces onto the main one with 1mm foam pads.
To finish the card I added a bit of sparkle to the holly, berries and people using Stickles.
