I backed an A5 bright orange card with cup163728_99 (Pearls & Lace Backing Paper in Caramel), leaving a very fine border to mirror that around the rose bouquet panels.
I then applied this lovely image with the four panels on 2mm foam pads.
Finally I added gold glitter dots to the pearls and one dot either side of a gold Happy Birthday peel-off.
