I printed and cut out the panel and lady. I made an A5 card from acetate. I decorated the edges with peel off borders and added glitter to highlight the buttons.
I fixed the art deco panel to the front of the card and decoupaged the lady and added the Best Wishes tag.
I made an insert the same shape as the panel
