Fantastic Fuchsia! Birthday Hexagonal PatchoupageCompleted by Barbara Stubbings

I printed the design onto white card and cut out all the elements using scissors and a craft knife, lined the hexagons up carefully and adhered the decoupage to the topper using spongy tape.

I finished it off with a little silver glitter glue, some corner embellishments and a gold salutation. A quick, easy and very pretty design.
