Score the curved flaps, centre line and tab.
Add some glue or double sided tape to the tab, fold and stick.

I have printed the design on 200gsm gloss card. I have cut out, following directions, attached the edges together with DST and scored the ends of the box. These are so easy to make and are perfect wrapping for a special gift.
