Just gorgeous!!! I printed the sheet onto smooth white cardstock, cut around the shape and scored along the marked lines. I then adhered the foldline and once folded up added the elegant "Happy Birthday" gold peel-off. Further embellishment seemed unnecessary.

You could also make this in glossy photo paper for that added lustre. I love it as is. Makes up very quickly and easily.
