I printed the sheet onto super smooth card and cut out. I scored and folded where indicated and glued the tabs using super sticky tape to make sure they adhere! To complete the box I added some black ribbon adhered again with super sticky tape inside the front flap.

Brilliant for those trick or treaters on Halloween to fill with goodies.
