What a stunning design. After printing onto white card I made up the plate stand as indicated and cut out the main part of the plate.
I then made the decoupage element but sprayed this with a little "spray & sparkle" before adding to the centre of the plate.
Finally I added the greeting banner at the top of the plate with silicon glue.
