I printed the designer "Pink Roses in Bloom Decoupage Plate & Stand" on photo paper and cut out the pieces.
I glued a backing on the stand to give it more strength. I added the deco pieces using s gel. It makes a nice place card.
I also made a rocker card out of it by using a rocker base from another card. See below.
