Before printing I typed "Happy Birthday" in the tag at the bottom of the card. I then printed this sheet twice. I cut out the base card and stuck it on with sticky tabs.

I then cut out the centre rectangle from the second printing and stuck this on with sticky tabs. I also stuck the dog's head on with sticky tabs.
