I followed the instructions for cutting and assemblin the card. I use silicone to do the decoupaging as I like to shape my pieces and the silicone holds that shape well. For the pom-poms on the hat, I used red and green "Flower Soft" to give that added effect. I also like to use the tiny brads to making the moving mechanisms.
I used a piece of fawn colours A4 card folded in half to attached the picture and then trimmed down to a 5mm border
When complete, the penguins rock from side to side.
