I printed and cut out the sheet, decorated the border with pink glitter. Then I fixed it inside an A5 pink, tent shaped, card. The inside of the card was finished using a clipart cake which was attached to the front of the step.

The Happy Birthday was matted onto glitter card and attached to the front of the card.
