Create fold back card using royal blue card, punch down one fold edge. punch centre border panel in graduated blue cardstock and again smaller in gold. Attach to folded edge.Puch cloud card down outer edge and attach to inside of card.

Cut in half nestibilities frame and stick to two cornersof base image. Thread blu fibres through holes and secure on back attach to inside with foam tape.

Decoupage remaining images but adhere to strong card, line up to base image but attach using strong double sided tape to fold back edge. Add sentiment if desired.
