Being a vintage image the little cherubs are slightly blurred and have a porcelin doll quality to them. I printed on cardstock, and cutout the 1st decoupage piece in its entirety and layered using silicone glue.
I then cutout the cherub holding the doves ribbons and the doves only from the second decoupage, layering it using silicone glue.
The sentiment was then added using foam dots. I attached the finished topper with double sided tape onto a complimentary colored card blank.
