I made an A6 card blank using toning textured card and added the base image towards the top. I then built up the decoupage elements using silicon glue.

I cut a small slit in the fold of the card and fixed a piece of patterned satin ribbon underneath the main image using double sided tape.

Over this I fixed one of the sentiments. To complete I just added a little glossy accents to some of the berries.
