Copied to matte paper and cut out all the elements.Matted the base to brown with blue dots backing paper from my kit and then on to blue faux parchment card stock. Built up the heart center with d.s.foam tape. Added leaf scrolls, small red hearts, homemade roses and a greeting.

A beautiful design that could be used as a valentines card or any occasion.
