I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper. I used distress ink weathered wood around the edged of my card blank and then mounted the topper, adding the decoupage with foam pads.
I added a matching turquoise ribbon bow to the top LH side and a die cut flower to the bottom right.
A great design for many occasions.
