The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a cream linen finish card as my base. I used a panel of silver mirri card and backing paper which I tied some ribbon around. I mounted the base layer of the decoupage onto silver mirri card.

I used 1mm foam pads for my decoupage. I used one of the greetings on the sheet to finish.
