I love whimsical ladybugs! I also have a friend that loves them - yes, it will be her birthday card. I backed the basic graphic on red (about 1/4") then finally on black CS. I proceeded to cut out the layers and raise with padded tape.

I also added 4 red gems, one in each corner and a black HB (made on my Cricut). This is a cute card when made up.
