I printed the sheet onto some decoupage paper & cut out the pieces. I printed some floral doodle background paper that I got free online, cut it to size & glued to a square card blank.

I layered the decoupage using pinflair glue to the card, added a ribbon boarder down the left edge, made & added a ribbon bow & finished with a silver birthday sentiment peeloff.
