I cut out the oval butterflies & used foam adhesive to decoupage them. I added them to green card stock. I used a decorative scroll on top & bottom. I added yellow flowers that I made with my Cricut machine & added a gem to the center.

Finally I added a "Happy Birthday" sentiment .
