Butterfly PyramageCompleted by Tasha Clark

I printed the sheet onto some decoupage paper & cut out the pieces. I then printed some pink marble patterned background paper that I got free online, cut it to size & glued to a A5 card blank.

I doodled some lines & dots around the edges with a purple glitter gel pen. Then I mounted the main image to some silver mirri card & mounted that to the card. Then I added some glitter flowers, a Get Well Soon sentiment silver peeloff. I put some butterfly peeloff’s onto some vellum, coloured them with Whispers Brush markers & cut them out.

I bent the wings up slightly, glued just the body to the card & using the purple glitter gel pen I added some dashed lines to give the appearance of flight.

I layered the decoupage using 2mm foam pads & finished off with some adhesive shimmer dots to the centre of the glitter flowers & on the centre of the butterfly.
