Doesn't it make you puzzled when a cat is looking at you? And especially through a mirror? You can see his breath and feel his eyes! Well I am almost feeling hypnotized!
This topper I have designed with my swirly frame design decorated with my swirly decorative designs on two corners and an image of my friend Angie's cat ( photo is used with her permission ).
On the sheet I have included pyramid layers of the cat image so you can give your topper a beautiful 3D effect and make it even more mysterious looking!

I used gold card to mount the topper on. I layered the centre using sticky fixtures and finished it off with a Happy Birthday topper. A great card for cat lovers.
