Starry, Starry Night - Cat Out and About - Square Pyramid
These were the best nights to be out and about - the nights where millions of stars lit up the sky and made everything even more mysterious than usual.

I PRINTED THIS TOPPER ON TO HEAVY WHITE CARD STOCK. I CUT ALL THE PIECES OUT. THEN I CUT A BLANK WHITE CARD TO FIT THIS ART WORK. I THEN USED SOME SCRAPBOOK PAPER FOR THE BACK GROUND. AND GLUED IT TO THE BLANK CARD.
I USED STICKY PADS FOR THE DECOUPAGE. THEN I GLUED THAT TO THE BACKGROUND. I USED STICKY PADS FOR THE DECOUPAGE. THEN I USED GREEN METALLLIC PAPER FOR MATTING.
