Black & White Tuxedo Cat in the Garden PyramageCompleted by Redonda Haddock

I printed the design onto card stock. Cut out decoupage and mounted it with sticky squares. I lined it with metallic paper. I lined the outside border with same paper. Then I glued the decoupage to the background. I put black glitter on the flowers and all over the cat.

I used lacquer for the eyes.
